Studio with no balcony has an exterior window to the outside and a lounge chair rather than the 2 seated couch.
Each unit is fully furnished. Please bring your own bedding for a double bed as well as towels and other day to day essentials.
We have a commercial kitchen, that allows for tenants to cook in a communal space, allowing for more of a social setting and ease of meeting other tenants. Residents will need to bring their own cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc) and food.
Yes, we have outdoor bike storage units should you wish to bring you bike.
We have two elevators in the building.
Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your lease but you can look to sublet. Please reach out to us if you choose to go this route and we can provide details about the requirements and approval process.
No, as each unit is fully furnished, you will not need to bring any furniture. Please feel free to reach out to our management team if you have additional questions or concerns.
We are unfortunately unable to remove any furniture from the unit.
Our building was designed and is catered to students as we are close to many campuses and the environment within the building is very student oriented.
ALMA is about a 3–5-minute drive to UofG and about a 15–20-minute walk, depending on which Taylor Swift Song you are listening to. The building is also conveniently located to the bus route!
