Building Updates
Monthly Fire Alarm Testing
Our monthly fire test 🧯will be taking place on Wednesday, April 10th, at 10am. You will hear the fire alarm going off while they are in the building as the system will be on test.
*If you hear the fire alarm going off consistently at any time, it is imperative that you leave the building.
Maintenance Requests
Submit all maintenance requests through your Entrata Resident portal. This would include things such as your Grata lock informing you that your battery is low, your thermostat battery is low or anything else you need us to have a look at and fix/replace Please do not use your Grata app.
Garbage Room
Garbage room has been rearranged - please do not just open the door and throw your garbage bags on the floor. ♻️ If you are unfamiliar with what goes where, you can download the Guelph waste app in the App Store or Google Play
Kitchen
Please remember that the kitchen is a shared space and the fridges and freezers in the community kitchen are shared amongst all residents. Please be respectful of the space by using the shared fridges and freezers for items that do not fit your mini fridge. We will be incorporating a biweekly clean, with more details to come in the new year.
Pool Table
Please take care of the pool table and pool cues.

CSA Presents: Animal Boy

The Bullring (pay what you can)
What better way to wrap up the last full week of classes than a bouncing punk show at The Bullring? Local legends Animal Boy will be joined by Habit and PRRR to make this event one for the history books. This show is Pay What You Can with all proceeds going to the CSA Foodbank. Food and cash donations will be accepted.
Guelph Tree Planting and Environmental Fair
Saturday, April 27th from 9 am - 2 pm
335 Laird Road (free)
Plant trees and enjoy the environmental fair with a variety of booths, entertainment, and food. This new forest will help clean our air and water, and become a home for nesting birds and other animals. As the forest becomes mature, it will sequester significant amounts of carbon every year. The trees you plant will benefit generations to come. Trees, shovels, mulch, pails, and planting instructions provided. Wear boots and gloves for your comfort. Remember: There is no bad weather, just bad clothing!
