Building Updates

Monthly Fire Alarm Testing

Our monthly fire test 🧯will be taking place on Wednesday, June 11th between 8:30am and 5:00pm. You will hear the fire alarm going off while they are in the building as the system will be tested.

*If you hear the fire alarm going off consistently at any time, it is imperative that you leave the building.

Maintenance Requests

Submit all maintenance requests through your Entrata Resident Portal. This would include things such as your Grata lock informing you that your battery is low, your thermostat battery is low or anything else you need us to have a look at and fix/replace. Please do not use your Grata app.

Garbage Room

Garbage room has been rearranged – please do not just open the door and throw your garbage bags on the floor. ♻️ If you are unfamiliar with what goes where, you can download the Guelph waste app in the App Store or Google Play.

Kitchen

Please remember that the kitchen is a shared space and the fridges and freezers in the community kitchen are shared amongst all residents. Please be respectful of the space by using the shared fridges and freezers for items that do not fit your mini fridge.

Pool Table

Please take care of the pool table and pool cues.

Summer Solstice Shindig!

June 21-22 @ Guelph’s Farmer’s Market

Kick off summer with this all ages backlot party at the Guelph Farmers’ Market!

The 10C Summer Solstice Shindig at the Guelph Farmers’ Market is a celebration of community and connection to kick off the summer season. Food, music, performances, and Community Showcase will bring the Market to life at this event for the whole family.

Join us for an evening filled with live performances, art activities, local food vendors and engaging installations from organizations like the Guelph Film Festival, Out on the Shelf, Ed Video Media Arts Centre and Art Not Shame!

Classic Car Show and Elvis Tribute!

June 20th between 6-8pm: 521Victoria Road N

Great way to celebrate Father’s Day!
Our annual classic car show promises to entertain and WOW the crowd. Enjoy live Elvis tribute performance, have your caricature done, grab a treat as we will be serving hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy.

Yoga and Wellness Festival
