Building Updates
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside all building areas, including the games room, laundry room, restrooms, and units. Smoking areas have been established outside the building and you are welcome to use the patio as well. Disposal of cigarette butts should be done in the provided receptacles to maintain cleanliness. Violation of the smoking policies may result in disciplinary action.
Visitor's Parking
Please note that visitor parking is limited. You must submit your request at least 3 before your desired parking time. For weekend parking, submit your request by 3:00 pm on Friday at the latest. Include your vehicle's make, model, year, duration of the pass and, your unit number in your request. You may submit these requests through Entrada or via email.
Emergency Line
The emergency line is to be used for building-related emergencies that include floods and electrical faults that may occur outside of business hours. Please do not call the emergency line for general questions, those can be directed to our email or our main line during business hours between 9 AM- 4 PM from Monday - Friday.
Maintenance Requests
Submit all maintenance requests through your Entrata Resident Portal. This would include things such as leaks, clogged drains, general unit repairs, and AC filter replacements. Please do not send in requests via email
