  2. Your friend must sign the lease and pay the deposit within 5 business days of your referral

  4. Your gift card will be emailed to you within 30 days after the lease and deposit are confirmed

Lockers are now available for rent – contact us through Entrata to reserve your locker!

Your safety is our top priority! Please make sure doors fully close behind you, never let in unknown individuals, and always keep your suite locked—even if you’re just stepping out for a short time. If you notice anything suspicious, contact the front desk team right away.

Recycle Recycling

All recyclable items should be taken down to the recycling bins on the 2nd floor parking garage.

🚫 Sink & Drain Reminder

Only clear liquids should go down your kitchen sink. Food scraps, grease, and other waste belong in the garbage—not the kitchen drain and definitely not the toilet. Flushing food can cause clogs, backups, and costly damage. Let’s work together to avoid it in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.

🛠Maintenance Requests

Please submit all maintenance requests through your Entrata Resident Portal 🖥️. This includes issues like your HVAC unit not working properly, light bulb replacements, or any appliance-related concerns. Submitting requests through Entrata helps us respond quickly and efficiently!
