Building Updates

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside all building areas, including the games room, laundry room, restrooms, and units.
Smoking areas have been established outside the building and you are welcome to use the patio as well.
Disposal of cigarette butts should be done in the provided receptacles to maintain cleanliness. Violation of the smoking policies will result in disciplinary action.

Visitor's Parking

Please note that visitor parking is limited. You must submit your request at least 5 hours before your desired parking time. For weekend parking, submit your request by 3:00 pm on Friday at the latest. Include your vehicle’s make, model, year, duration of the pass and, your unit number in your request. You may submit these requests through Entrata or via email.

Emergency Line

The emergency line is to be used for building-related emergencies that include floods and electrical faults that may occur outside of business hours. Please do not call the emergency line for general questions, those can be directed to our email or our main line during business hours between 9 AM- 4 PM from Monday – Friday. If you require assistance from the building security you can call 416 659 1411 or call 911.

Maintenance Requests

Ensure you’re submitting all maintenance requests through the Entrata app or website. Please do not send us any maintenance requests via email as they will not be seen by our maintenance department.

Schedule

Please be advised that we will be holding fire tests every third Friday of the month and Power tests on the last Tuesday of every month.

Heating

The Building has central heating system, which mean sit can only be in one mode for the whole building which will show as mode lock on the thermostat. You can toggle the temp between 18 degrees to as high as 26, if you do not need the heat you can switch the thermostat off and it will only read the room temperature.

Maple Syrup Festival

Maple Syrup Festival

Sunday, March 30 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. OR 12:00p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Come out and experience a Canadian tradition in our sugarbush at Purple Woods Conservation Area in Oshawa! Sap collected from hundreds of sugar maple trees is boiled on site into delicious maple syrup. On your self-guided tour, you can visit our modern evaporator, enjoy games, activities, horse-drawn wagon rides and, of course, pancakes with real maple syrup. Don’t forget to stop by our Heritage Store to purchase some maple treats to take home!
