Building Updates

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited inside all building areas, including the games room, laundry room, restrooms, and units.
Smoking areas have been established outside the building and you are welcome to use the patio as well.
Disposal of cigarette butts should be done in the provided receptacles to maintain cleanliness. Violation of the smoking policies will result in disciplinary action.

Visitor's Parking

Please note that visitor parking is limited. Visitor passes will be available upon submission of the Email Me form, which must be completed by 8:00 PM the day prior to use. To ensure fair access for all residents, visitor parking is limited to a maximum of 10 business days per month per visitor. Access codes for ButterflyMX will be sent via text — please test your code before the close of business on the day it is issued to ensure it works properly. Additionally, visitor parking tags will be required starting August 1, 2025, and will be issued accordingly.

Maintenance Requests

Ensure you’re submitting all maintenance requests through the Entrata app or website. Please do not send us any maintenance requests via email as they will not be seen by our maintenance department.

Garbage Room

Please ensure all garbage is placed in appropriate bins, any large items such as furniture will carry an additional cost.

Emergency Line

The emergency line is to be used for building-related emergencies that include floods and electrical faults that may occur outside of business hours. Please do not call the emergency line for general questions, those can be directed to our email or our main line during business hours between 9 AM- 4 PM from Monday – Friday. If you have an emergency that require medical attention or Police please call 911.

Fire Test Schedule

Please be advised that we will be holding fire tests every third Friday of the month.
